Order Process

Orders are typically proceeded within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. If your order is made to measure item, then preparation time takes depends on the item and we will advise individually the shipping days. (Made to measure item up to 7days making time then shipping out)

If your orders meet the lower limits announced on our site and /or packages that offer the domestic free shipping, shipping is free, otherwise the shipping fee is paid by the buyer.

Shipping Process

The order is delivered to your address quickly, conveniently and safely.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. You can use this information to track your package’s delivery status.

If you are not at the address you specified in the order during delivery, (wrong address etc) the product well be sent back directory and return procedure will be applied.

Problem may arise due to the shipping company, such as the product being partially or completely lost or damaged in cargo. If you think there is a problem with the volume of product or the package is damaged, check it with shipping company before receiving the package. To accurately determine whether there is a shipment problem when receiving your package, take photographs and video recordings while receiving your package.

In case of inappropriate situations such as damaged products or missing products, keep a “Detection Report” and return the product together with the report. With your report and evidence images, you may get refund via website.
